what is additive manufacturing?
LaYER-BY-LAYER FABRICATION

Our process builds structures through controlled, layer-by-layer extrusion of concrete. This additive approach eliminates the need for traditional formwork, enabling efficient production and precise control over geometry.
design freedom & complexity

Our equipment allows the creation of complex forms that would be difficult or impractical to achieve with conventional methods. Geometry, curvature, and structural variation can be directly integrated into the fabrication process.
Precision & material control

Each layer is deposited with controlled printing parameters to ensure consistent layer quality, adherence, and definition. The process allows for repeatable outcomes while maintaining the flexibility required for custom applications.
The design process

Our design tool
We develop our designs using advanced parametric modeling software. This software allows exceptional control over geometry, structural intent, fabrication logic, and material behavior.

the design process
We begin by understanding the client’s needs, then research and plan the most effective technological approach. From there, we define design constraints to ensure optimal performance, develop and refine the design for approval, and prepare precise G-codes for manufacturing.
Material technology
Engineered Concrete Composition

Our material is a high-performance cementitious mix specifically developed by international subject matter experts for additive manufacturing. It is formulated to balance flowability and structural stability.
Optimized for Layer
Adhesion

The material is designed to achieve strong interlayer bonding, ensuring monolithic adhesion throughout the structure. Controlled setting behavior allows each layer to support subsequent deposition without deformation.
Strength, Durability
& Finish

Once cured, the material delivers high compressive strength and long-term durability suitable for demanding outdoor environments or high-traffic spaces.

Nozzles
Custom 3D Printed Nozzles
Our nozzles are 3D printed and available in a range of sizes, allowing us to adapt to different project scales and resolutions. Smaller nozzles enable higher definition, smaller pieces and finer detail, while larger nozzles support efficient fabrication of larger, typically modular components
Integrated Material Control
Our system incorporates dual mixing points, with accelerant delivery at the printhead. This two-step mixing process and accelerant delivery point yields unparalleled layer cohesion and print quality.
our 7th axis Track
The 7th axis track extends the operational range of the printing system, allowing the machine to linearly move and fabricate larger structures beyond the limits of a fixed print area. This added axis increases scalability while maintaining controlled, continuous production. Contact us to discuss your project and understand the available printbed sizes and system capabilities.
